We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with at least 3-5 years of experience in Blockchain technology, specifically in building Blockchain Nodes and On-chain trading systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Rust (minimum of 2 years of experience) and C++ and have worked in the electronic trading space.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the development and maintenance of Blockchain Nodes and building On-chain trading systems.
• Contribute to open-source projects on Github.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, specifically Chain roadmaps and Networking stacks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to design and develop new blockchain solutions.

Requirements:

• Must have 8-15 years of experience in Tech
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Blockchain development and building Blockchain Nodes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Rust and C++.
• Experience in electronic trading and Algo-trading.
• Experience in Decentralized trading systems.
• Good understanding of Blockchain technology and finance.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Passionate about Web3 and have strong opinions on the best approach.
• STEM Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in working with Web3 companies like Genesis, GSR, and Quant-trading systems.
• Experience in working with FTX hedge-fund, Almeda, or other similar companies.

Salary:

• Base salary of 200’000 USD with a total compensation package of between 400 and 500’000 USD

Location:

• Must be able to collaborate in European timezone, preferably in London.
