We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leeds.

Colux is a tech recruitment company established in 2017 and since our inception, we’ve had great success across Scandinavia and the Americas. Owing to a record year in 2022 we have found ourselves in yet another great situation where we have more & more repeat clients, in Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, and the USA, and as such we are looking to expand our existing teams.

You should:

Have a minimum of 1+ year’s recruitment experience.

Understand 180 OR 360 recruitment processes from start to finish.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other resourcing tools.

Target driven with a proactive attitude.

Resilient with a desire to develop your professional skills.

A passion for tech is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

As a consultant at Colux, you will be working on a warm desk sourcing candidates for your market with sourcing candidates and pre-screening them to ensure they are qualified against the client’s requirements. You will also be expected to bring on new clients of your own once you are up and running in line with the company’s growth strategy. You will be accountable for your own KPIs in line with Colux standards.

You will have the option to choose which market you would like to work in from either, Denmark, Norway or Switzerland, and will receive industry-standard training to ensure your recruitment skills are sharpened and to the standard Colux expects. Alongside this, you will receive the tools and resources to grow professionally with a clear path to progression.
