Our client is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Java Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate in a Scrum team of 5 to 7 individuals, working closely with the product owner to ensure that user stories are clearly defined and that implemented features meet customer needs.

Experience required:

• A degree in computer science (ETH/UNI/FH degree)
• Has a minimum of 3 – 5 years of Java Development Experience
• Possesses extensive knowledge of SQL and experience working with a relational database (Db2/Oracle)
• Is confident in using Docker and has extensive knowledge of the implementation of microservices (Spring Boot/Microprofile) and the Git software
• Exhibits qualities such as courage, innovative thinking, and the ability to provide compelling arguments at the appropriate time
• Is able to work effectively under pressure, remain composed and keep pace with their qualified colleagues in meeting deadlines, customer requests, and attending meetings
• Promotes the exchange of ideas, enjoys engaging in interdisciplinary work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment
