We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Colux Recruitment. Our unique approach to recruitment, combined with a fast-paced environment, has allowed us to expand and continue to grow across the Scandinavian, Swiss, and US markets.
As an exciting scale-up with a successful reputation within the market, we are aiming to strengthen our team with ambitious and hungry recruitment professionals.
We have 8 full-time people working for us at the moment but have the capacity to grow by 200% by end of 2023.
We would like you to focus on 2 areas of the business.
Internal Part -> Attracting New Employees.
Culture Part -> Retaining Current Employees.
The Internal role:
Finding experienced recruiters to join the main desk.
Finding experienced salespeople for the academy whom we can train & develop into consultants.
Internal = Sourcing, Pre-screening, initial F2F conversations with other recruiters to join our team.
Posting Job Adverts.
Getting involved with BW4 and showing the new recruits how to do external recruitment.
The Culture side:
Attending recruitment fairs & improving brand awareness.
Finding recruitment/sales conferences/seminars for recruiters. We take professional development very seriously.
Organising social events.
Highlighting & recognising good performance/attitude.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year – Depends on experience.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
08:30 AM-18:00 PM.

IMPORTANT:Â Must be able to work in Leeds City Centre LS1.
