Role:
Colux Recruitment are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our team. The person coming in to this role will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients and agreeing the Terms & Conditions of business and “Hunting” for our next
client.You will be responsible for either the EU market or US market.

Responsibilities:
● Developing a prospecting list of potential clients..
● Become a subject matter expert in Colux’ services & terms of business.
● Conduct BD campaigns such as but not limited to: Cold calling, Email Campaigns, Networking events.
● Accountable for own KPI’s
● Developing relationships with potential clients.
●Have the confidence to deliver a presentation deck about Colux
● Brand Advocacy of Colux Recruitment

The Person:
This role would be ideal if you;
● Have a “Hunters” mentality.
● Proven track record of billings.
● Recruitment experience is a bonus but not necessary.
