Job Title: Rust Developer (Web3 Infrastructure)

A well-established platform in the decentralized finance (DeFi) industry is looking for a skilled developer to join their team. As a Decentralized Web3 Developer, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and implementing innovative features to optimize the platform’s performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on the Rust programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new features for the Web3 infrastructure using Rust programming language.
  • Enhance the performance and scalability of the existing code by implementing optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets high standards of security and reliability.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the platform’s performance and stability.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest blockchain technology and DeFi developments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with expertise in Rust programming language.
  • A strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure, blockchain technology, and proof-of-stake protocols.
  • Experience with DeFi protocols and asset management platforms would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
